We provide a wide variety of reporting formats to meet your requirements. Inspection reports can be as detailed or as cursory as you require. We also can provide statistical reporting on defect rates, SQC charts on process capability and other reports as required. For long term performance tracking, as part of a supplier management package, we provide trend charts revealing over-all quality performance over time. Another valuable chart as part of most supplier management projects is a monthly pareto of defects identifying the problems and their frequency. This information is invaluable in determining required corrective action with your suppliers and pursuing continuous improvement.
